  • I am an amateur as defined by the BAF and will be 15 years or older on 16th July 2006.

  • I will abide by the rules of the Race Organising Committee.

  • The Race Organisers have the right to refuse entry and the decision of their officials will be final.

  • I will not compete in the race unless I am in good health on the day of the race and I intend to run entirely at my own risk, accepting that the organisers will not be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage incurred to my person or property during or as a result of this race. Nor will they be liable for any action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in consequence of my participation in this event.
