Gulu Project - Terminated
Due primarily to circumstances on the ground, Rotary International, Andover Rotary Club, the European Sponsor clubs and the Gulu Rotary Cub have agreed to wind down the project which has not managed to get off the ground. This is despite monumental efforts by a large number of people for which we are grateful.
